Our D1S LED bulbs are CANBUS compatible and should operate correctly when the vehicle’s original xenon system and ballast are working properly. If your existing HID bulbs are already flickering, cutting out or displaying a dashboard warning, the ballast may be causing the fault. Because these LED bulbs use the original ballast, changing the bulbs alone may not solve an existing ballast problem. We also stock replacement xenon ballasts, so please contact us if you need help finding the correct one for your vehicle.
