First of all thanks for taking the time to leave us a review.
I apologise that we missed the cancellation request via ebay and still sent the item even though it was no longer required. Our system emails you seperately and sometimes there is a delay, that's why ebay had told it you it had already been sent and then later you received an email stating it had been sent.
I can see that once the return was received back to us, you was issued with a full refund.
